·Usage: Copper alloy, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy product casting.
·The low pressure casting machine is a casting process in a sealed furnace. Under the action of dry compressed air, the metal liquid flows from bottom to top along the riser pipe through the runner into the mold cavity, and is cooled and formed. It has low turbulence and smooth filling. ·The mold casting process reduces the tumbling, impact, and splashing of the molten metal during mold filling, reduces oxide slag, reduces casting defects, and improves the quality of castings.
·The casting crystallizes and solidifies under pressure and can be fully fed, so the casting has a dense structure and high mechanical properties;
·The double workstations rotate synchronously for higher efficiency, and the servo controls independent rotation for smooth and precise operation.
·Multi functional and fully automatic operation, with function of automatic casting, automatic unloading, automatic water cooling of the mold and the option to enter the mold washing.
·The main structure of the equipment consists of host machine, mechanical arm,melting furnace, unloading device, graphite tank, mold washing room, hoist and control system, hydraulic system, casting system, pneumatic system, rising pipe heating system, and cooling system. It can be selected according to the actual functions required by the casting product.
