1. DL-300 Sand core shooter is a manual or automatic equipment to make sand core by heating.2. It is applicable to sand core with a qualitative properties less than 3.2kg. 3. Its working principle is to shoot the liquid or solid resin, sand core mixture of the firming agent into a
heated core-box. After being rapidly hardened to a certain thickness (5 to10mm), take out the sand core
which becomes high quality one with a smooth surface and precise dimension. 4. The produced sand core is widely used to industries like automobile valve, hardware sanitary fittings, water tap,cast iron, cast copper and cast aluminium, etc..
