Jolt failure is a common fault of automatic molding machines, mainly caused by three factors. First, blockage of air filter elements. Water vapor generated during vacuum pump operation mixes with pipeline impurities and clogs filter cartridges. The pressure gauge displays normal pressure, yet insufficient air intake leads to weak jolt.

Second, loose fastening bolts. Long-term continuous vibration loosens M20 hex socket screws between the jolt table and jolt piston. Air leakage occurs at matching gaps, frequently causing jolt failure after compaction.

Third, rust and seizure between piston and pump iron. Lack of lubrication leads to rust on kinematic pairs and hinders jolt movement. Kerosene can be injected through rubber tubes to clean rust, and obvious improvement can be observed after trial operation.

Regular cleaning of air filter elements, timely bolt tightening and lubrication can effectively prevent such faults.
